I just emailed you a copy of my Charter. I can not believe how many PTOs are operating without one. The one you have is awork in progress, yes mine has been operating without an effective charter for some years now. There was one created when we went from a PTA to a PTO but no one seems to know where it is.

I use a few different forms for managing reimbursement requests, check requests, etc. Tim was nice enough to make them available on this website in the Useful Resources section. I copy each type on a different color paper for ease of use and filing. I hope you find them helpful.
