I'm new at being pres.for our PTO.I am trying to get the new school ready for a working PTO(we will move in next school year)My problem is this we have to share our PTO money with the principal for his fund.The south school gives their prencipal all of it one yr. and they keep it the next.We share 50% from our fall fundraiser.Have you ever heard of this and do we have to?My goal is to get us on the same page and get us tax exempt.I want to use our money for play ground equipment.Any suggestion on getting 3 schools together.Thanks for any help
