At our school our board is President, Treasure and three other lady that come to all the meeting but don't want to take on a "title". Two of the three ladies shared the President set the last 4 years and are done but will still be around to help out. The other mom is a VERY busy lady and doesn't want to say yes to something then not come through. We meet once a month and it's always the same 5 of us we need help too.
At our school, we have Vice President of Membership, Vice President of Major Fundraising, Vice President of Secondary Fundraising (t-shirt sales, spirit cart), VP of Special Events, Treasurer, Secretary, President, VP of Volunteers.
We have the four officers you have named and also the Welcome Committe Chair, the Homeroom Parents Chair, and the Special Events Chair who sit on our executive board.
We have a board that consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. I'd love to hear from anyone who has a board that is extended to include other positions. We'd like to include more parents at the board level and I'd love to hear good and bad what others have experienced.
