Oh yeah!! Charla, we use our school's tax id number and it works for us just fine when we do need it. I just want everyone remember we have our books with the school and don't plan on being separated from them until the Principal retires or REALLY retires! lol
I am a new PTO officer and am looking for information on almost everything, but especially in the money department. Need alot of HELP!! Where do I start first? Also, can your PTO function under your school's tax exempt status? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Does anyone have any samples forms to be used for reimbursements/financial requests?
What about a fundraising form which would lists expenses, profit breakdowns, etc. which the chairperson could fill out and return to the Treasurer along with money, receipts, etc.?
I would email you several files, but at a minimum you can copy the Reimbursement Request form and the other forms directly from this website. Go to "Useful Resources" under "PTO Basics". (Thanks to Tim)
NMmom agian I have super picky e-mail protection is there another way to send me the forms? Or can you post them and I can print them off the net? ( I don't know a whole lot about computers)
