We have two grade schools in our district that will be merging into one next year. I am worried about the two PTO's becoming one. The PTO of the other school has fighting amongst itself, let alone trying to combine with us. They are coming to our building. We have a bigger student base, more parental involvement, and much more money in the PTO account. I am trying to find a way to bring both groups together. Any suggestions? Any suggestions on how to structure the officers? I don't want anyone to feel left out.
