I have some on my computer if you want them. Just email me This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. A word of advise though. You will need to bring these before the board if you want to change the bylaws.
I've noticed that parents have taken officer positions on our PTO Board without realizing the responsibilities that go along with those positions. Our By-laws and standing rules are quite vague. (rewriting them is another project for me this year)
So, would anyone kindly offer me their own Board Officer Descriptions so I, as their new Prez (I was nominated last week and I'm sweatin' already!), may help them understand their duties? I'm looking only for some guidelines to assist in addressing their questions and help them get organized.
