This is our first year to do this and I'm hoping it works (since I'm next years PTO Pres.) Just include anything in the report on what your committee did, who was on your committee, budget etc..Next year's committee chair will be able to read exactly what happened the previous year. Include phone numbers and maybe names of people who would be good to chair next years committee. Good luck.
I know this may seem like a dumb question, but I really need help (as do some other chairpersons). We are approaching the end of the school year, and there are several of us that are new to PTA. The board wants final reports from us on the activities that we chaired, but they have not been very helpful in what they want to be included in the reports. Any suggestions as to what should be included? Thanks in advance!
I should add that some of the activities that need final reports are Book Fair, Holiday Gift Shop, and Volunteer Appreciation Dinner, to name a few.
Apparantly, there have NEVER been any final reports done ever and we are the first to do them. Help!
