We are a new PTO and need to make our first budget. I would greatly appreciate anyone e-mailing me a sample of how they set up their budget.(e.g. Do you allot a certain amount of $ per line-item, like staff appreciation, or do you designate a certain % of your fundraiser profits per line-item.?? Or maybe there is a totally different way.)It's hard to write budget whe you don't know how much money you'll make from each fundraiser.Thanks for your help!
