What state are you in? They have a great Toolkit I just received through the California PTA, if you would like to e-mail me @ This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and let me know more specifically what you are looking for, I will send you copies. You should see this kit I received, it has everything you could ever possibly want from ideas, to job descriptions, to sample forms!!

Welcome Kath, Go ahead and register, it only takes a moment and makes it easier for us. Check out Lakewood PTA Council site at www.myschoolonline.com/site/0,1876,-163653-41-35987,00.html and go to Help for Units. There are some job descriptions, and timelines there that you could certainly change around to fit your needs. Best Wishes

I am looking for tools to outline the procedures of the officers and chair people with our association. Timeline, procedures, etc. Does anyone have anything they could Share? I am looking to make the transition for future officers simpler than they were for me. I was handed a box.
