PTA President Overreach

It's a cookie dough fundraiser.

It's not so much a contract as it is a piece of paper where the company's representative wrote how much in sales they expect to do and a kickoff date for the fundraiser. He has been completely uncooperative up to this point.

Hi New to PTA,

Sorry this happened! What kind of fundraiser is it? You would have to check the specifics of the contract that she signed. There could be a penalty if you decide to cancel the contract. If that's the case, you could try talking to the fundraising company and explaining the situation.

Our PTA president from last year signed an agreement on her own without consulting with the board or membership tying is to a fundraiser that no one wants to do. There was never a discussion in meetings about this fundraiser. Is there anything in the rules that would help us to get out of this obligation?

Please help!
