Our PTO offers a few afterschool programs that are sponsored by the PTO and supervised by volunteers. We have one parent stay after to oversee the program. We hire vendors to come in and run the programs (painting programs, Taw Kwon Do, etc). We have had several instances of parents being late to pick up their child. We absolutely understand traffic, accidents, etc but being over 15 minutes late several times is inconsiderate of our parent volunteer waiting with the child. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what have you done?
