We have a sign out sheet for our popcorn machine, sno cone machine, cash boxes and it must be cleaned before returning or the group cannot use it again.

We have a "contract" that says that if the group using the equipment damages it in any way they will pay for repairs or replacement - just to cover ourselves. We lent out our popcorn machine a few years ago and it got ruined and we just plain out of luck. The group did not offer to pay nor did they own up to the damage. SO that prompted us to create this document. Did we have lawyer look at it? No but we feel like were at least putting it out there and asking for accountability.
