Yeah, perfect use of File Exchange. And you can even post the url(s) of your files (from the File Exchange, after you've posted them) right here in this thread for cross-referencing.
......better yet if anyone has suggestions, flyers or information - if you could post on the File Exchange, that would be great! Our PTC is up and running this year since having none for the past 5 years. We (the board) feel we are doing a great job but of course we know we need to hold elections for next year. We are planning on mentioning next week at our monthly meeting with the Election being held the following month.

Hello. I am looking for any insight or sample nomination letters and ballots for our upcoming elections. Last year's board was not very good on keeping copies of flyers and information and being new this year I don't have any guidelines to go to. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you don't mind sharing your flyers, that would be great. Also does anyone do anything at the end of the year to encourage new members to join the board. Help!!
