Our committee chairperson(s) have two forms to fill out after each event has been wrapped up. They are filed after completion so that they can be referred to whenever needed. Send me your email address so I can send to you.

We didn't start off brand-new, but there was alot of "understood" information that all of the seasoned parents had to fill in everyone about. Last year, our VP did a revamping. I know the PTO Today helped guide her and gave her tons of ideas.

I am the new PTO president this year for an elementary school. There are also many new members-at-large in our PTO this year as well. We have no information in writing from past committee chairs (such as Fun Fair, Teacher Appreciation, etc.) on how to run each specific committee. I am looking for a form to give each chairperson that can be filled out throughout the year to document everything necessary to successfully run each event we have. Does anyone have such a form or do I need to make one from scratch? Thanks for all your help.
