I've just started with a competely new PTO and the old President isn't turning over crucial business documents and financial records after many requests and our school year starts soon! Where do we go next if they don't return them to us? Any advise where to go if we're thinking there may be some wrong doing,thus the delay? I'm worried about being involved in possible last years problems and would like to start all over but others feel no need or are worried that it will be too difficult to start over.
