Our principal now takes care of our checkbook. We had a former banker doing it, which was nice until her son moved onto middle school.

My PTO is struggling with finding and keeping a treasurer who can keep up with and fulfill the requirements of being Treasurer. We are thinking about providing a stipend of some sort for this task, or even hiring a bookkeeper.

I was wondering if other groups have experience with how to deal with this issue?
