Before I re-invent the wheel so to speak, does anyone have a funding request form of some kind. Our group would like to have proposals about a week before our scheduled meeting so we are not caught off guard by another request for money. The parents at the meeting always think it, no matter what it is, is worthly of funding. Most times it is, but we are becoming the last minute go to for everything, and it all keeps getting approved. By making them fill out a simple request form, stating who will benefit, if additional funds are coming from somewhere else, etc., maybe we will actually be able to make decisions about what is really worth funding. Now, we fund everything. It has to slow down.
By the way, I haven't been here for a couple of years, it is nice to see a lot of the same faces. The site look great and the message boards are full as always. It is great to see.
