my school district created a policy manual regarding booster clubs and parent organizations but it must not be "official" since it isn't on the policy website. I'd be glad to email it to you.
Do any of your school districts publish policies regarding organizations affiliated with the school?
I'm not suggesting the school should have huge oversight on parent groups, but it only makes sense that a district would establish some basic standards for ANY group associated with the school - student clubs, parent groups, band boosters, etc.
If these are published on a website, could you post the link? Or could you describe the policies?
