I have been a sahm for the past 7 years and I am now the PTO CO president for our school.
I am seriously consdidering going back to work full time. Not something I really want to do but the bills need to get paid too.
How do you gals that work and do PTO balance everything?
My other co president went back to work also and she is working nights. I am looking to go back days.
I need any and all suggestions. Do you go to every function or do you leave your chairpersons in charge? Do you divide up events with officers to make sure all of them are coverd.
I know many of you work so I am sure I can do this too but I dont know where to start.
