Thanks aOK! 10 minutes on Google and I found two really great examples.

My community is growing so rapidly and it seems like the perfect time to implement a solid foundation for ongoing volunteer roles.

if your public library is online, you can do the word search VOLUNTEERISM or VOLUNTEER, there are books on 'volunteering in public schools' maybe you will find something there if no one here has an online link for their school's manual (we dont have one).

I've seen a few posts reference a Volunteer Handbook. My group doesn't have one but it sounds like a great idea.

Does anyone have samples to share?
