I have been the a president for our pto in two different schools. I want to look into some inter-pto cooperative buying efforts. We have the equivalent of 7 elementary and/or intermediates. (One campus houses both )

I am not talking about doing fund-raising together. OR, would we be able to combine our quantities to get better returns?

I am thinking prizes, teacher appreciation gifts, some food supplies, etc.

First, has anyone tried this or have advice as to how to proceed.

Second, any ideas as to what we could purchase/accomplish through cooperation?
