We currently have our PTO Membership at $5.00 per family. Our President now suggests that we raise it for the coming school year (I am the incoming pres.) I am curious as to what other PTO's charge for membership. I was going to suggest on our opening letter something to the effect of asking for people to voluntarily donate more if you have more than one child in the school ....due to rising costs...etc.

What do you think? As a note, I always sent $5 for each of my children and the president always tried to give it back but I just asked her to keep it.
