I think maybe your referring to the Finance Manager module that's part of our PTO Manager software product. There is a free trial available at www.ptotoday.com/manager.
The Treasurer's Toolkit is more of a comprehensive print package with Treasury best practices and forms and the like.
You hit on one of the best parts about Finance Manager -- it makes transition so much easier, as all the financials are all set up and available (securely) for your successor. No new software to load or trade, etc.
Groups using the program this (its first) year love it. They're going to love it even more when they see how helpful it is for their new tresurer transition.
Does anyone know if there is a free trial of the treasurers toolkit? I am using quickbook for our records but when my term is up, I dont want to give it to the PTO because it is very expensive and I still use it. The pto cant afford to purchase it either. I want to check out more afforable accounting software for the pto, which is the treasurers toolkit. But I want to see it first.
