I am not familiar with selling fundraisers. But here would be somethings I would put on my list.
1. Volunteers to help
2. Newsletter/announcement for the families and staff.
3. Memo instructing staff of what to do. I can't tell you how many times I've had staffers to ask me what to do with things addressed to the PTO. I wanted scream. SAME THING YOU'VE DONE THE LAST 10 YEARS-THE PTO MAILBOX! But I refrained.
4. If it is a selling fundraiser date and place of where the products will be sorted and how it will be distrubted.
That is my 2 cents. I am sure more experienced people will have some better advice.
I am in need of a checklist for our fundraisers. Like a list for us to follow so we don't forget anything. Does anyone have one? If so can you email it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Thank you very much. It seems we forgot to inform the staff of our last fundraiser, so it was a suprise. Needless to say, we had to postpone it.
