After my last debauchle with our Secret Santa Shop Chairperons. I realized I need help.
Does anyone have a list of responsiblities/Duties for their Chairpersons? I am looking for one that has basic duties required for all things and maybe a list of certain events with their duties just for ideas and refernce to create one for us. Unfortunately the past PTO's had nothing like this.
I would truly appreciate any help!!!!
