Most of our parents volunteer time/energy to various school activities. We have gotten into the habit of paying some parents, specifically those who provide special projects of one sort or another - - major art projects, dance class, etc. It has gotten to the point where it now feels unfair to those of us who aren't getting paid, and we think we need the cover of a policy that can be used to help determine who gets paid in what circumstances. Does anyone have such a policy we can see to use as a starting point?
