On ours we have the School Name, school year, presidents, and a line for the member to sign so we dont have to have the name printed on.

Our membership card is just made from those premade business card sheets you can get at Staples, etc. We just put the name of the school on top, then merge in the names of the members to print in the middle (The Smith Family) and 2005-2006 Member on the bottom. They don't cost much and we just run them through one of the printers at school. I get a couple of boxes of dollar store envelopes and just write the name on the envelope and organize them by classroom and send them home in the backpack (saves on stamps!).
