I am in search of a volunteer commitment form, or a volunteer code of conduct, something that volunteers receive at the beginning of the year that spells out what is expected of them?

Our reasons for coming up with something like this are many. I have found several documents that are mainly confidentiality agreements, which we would include, but that isn't the main focus?
