How are your officers picked if they are not elected?

I think the best thing to do would be to make a motion to have an election at your next PTO meeting. You may have to have a special meeting just for the elections.

Our President has not been involved in anything we have done this year.We do not vote our board in because we are a small school and not many willing to take jobs.Our president has not helped this year with spring fling, falls festival,6th grade recognition,and has not even attended meetings but maybe 1 or 2.We do not currently have any bylaws so i have posted asking info on bylaws also.if we would have had them this probably would not have been such a problem.can we the board vote him out?
