, the new web based software we are introducing. There is a financial module, Finance Manager, that is built specifically for parent group treasurers by parent group treasurers. I don't believe version 1.0 has a great way of dealing with accounts payable, but I think the program will meet and exceed most of your other needs.

We currently use Quickbooks to track all checks, deposits and finanacial reports. However, I really don't like the inflexibility of the reporting. I also don't see a good way to put in known accounts payable (for example, we know we need to set $500 aside for something). Any software advice???
