If you were really afraid that correspondence might get lost with her name on it, you could change it. But, as long as the school's address is on there (as opposed to her home address), you should still get what you need, so you don't have to change it.

The old PTO President's name is on the EIN paper now that I am the new PTO president should I change it to my name or not? The tax information has her name but the schools address on it. I just dont want any errors when it comes time for taxes. Any suggestion or comments!
