The first name that jumped out at me was Dr. Jack Kervorkian and Charles Manson. I think I'll skip them.

ummmm...I just printed the list and took a good look at it-Mr. Charles Manson,Mr. David Berkowitz,Dr. Jack Kevorkian ??? What did they send?
