We, too, use Great Lakes Scrip. Just thought I'd mention that you may want to try local companies that aren't available from GLS. For example, our area grocers are not national, but they do sell their own scrip cards. We've had local businesses ask to be included in the program as well, so don't be limited to national companies. Good luck.
I know at the catholic schools in the chicagoland area there are programs that you purchase gift cards from certain stores (there is person at the school that has them) and the store gives a percentage of that to the school. The catholic schools use them to help offset the tuition cost. I would to get it started at a public school, but I am not sure if there is a company that provides this service or what. Can anyone help me?
