Sounds like I'll join the list of disgruntled Scripadvantage users. Our team is out almost $4000. I was able to speak to one of the reps yesterday, who even called me from her home in the evening. We'll all be lucky to see any of that money again. She did direct me to this website though and said that the Fresno D.A. information would be posted her to file complaints. Does anyone have an idea of where to find this?

As I said in two postings above. We switched to glscrip.com in September. Everything is great so far. We are in Southern CA. Most items are available and then some. Many items have better savings also. Even if Scrip Advantage comes out of this we won't be returning.

Have gotten nothing but a run around when I have managed to get through to a live person at ScripAdvantage. They said they had acquired over 600 new customers when another company went under and they had to renegotiate contracts (and were just wrapping up the last of them) with many of their vendors because of the increased demand. Sounded plausible at the time, but after a month of waiting, they still have no scrip and we are waiting for over $4000 in backorders. Have emailed, faxed, tried to call to cancel all our backorders, but question whether we will get anything back. Looking into other companies that service California. Any suggestions?

ScripAdvantage owes us $6,000. You can't even talk to anyone anymore there, just a message machine saying you can still purchase scrip. Yeah, right! I switched to glscrip.com in September (backorders they owe me for are July, August, and September). What a joy to work with, no backorders, just received $8,000 order with no backorders. I'm getting the feeling ScripAdvantage is going under and the money will be lost. Stay away from them with new orders (although most of there items are not even available when you try to place an order.) So far GLScrip has been great... but then again, so was ScripAdvantage before July(well for the most part anyways.)

Please report your problems with Scrip Advantage to the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org and the Ripoff Report at www.ripoffreport.com ( I put it under category Services-Club Stores becasue I couldn't find a good category.) We have to let everybody know what is happening to us to get something done about it!

We've had trouble with ScripAdvantage too. Of our almost $900 first order on Oct 20, we have received only $60. We have also requested a refund hand have yet to receive it. We have no profits to use to cover this because this is our first order, so we cannot reimburse people. We are having such a bad initial experience with scrip. I reported them to the BBB, so we'll see if this helps. We just want our money back!
