Wow
What a mess! I feel for all of you that had to deal with IPI. You should never have to give any portion of the $ until you receive your products!
I know that Cherrydale Farms does not ask for $ up front and they are excellent to work with! You should try them!
Good luck!

IPI took our money and ran as well. We are a Pop Warner organization In Naples,FL that serves some of the less fortunate families in our area and let me tell you every dollar counts and we got taken for a big ride. We had a parent at our board meeting tonight that was very upset about this since none of the products ordered were ever sent and we finished our fund raiser in september of last year.

WOW! We used IPI for our fall fundraiser this year and I had NO idea they went out of business. We had a lot of problems with our fundraiser, but thank goodness all of them were resolved! We almost did a second fundraiser right before Thanksgiving, but we backed out after the problems were not resolved from the fall fundraiser!!! I am located in Delaware, where IPI is located. If there is anything I can do, just email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I hope everything works out for all of you....

My name is Dawn and I'm a producer at CBS 6 News in Albany, NY. We are doing a story tonight on IPI Fundraising leaving local schools in the lurch. We know of one local school district affected but are looking to see if there is anyone else in the Albany area affected. If you have any information, please let me know. My number is 518-381-4968. Thanks!

I am SO SORRY to hear about all this! I know it's too late now...but for next time...don't do fundraisers with companies that want the money up front. We specifically only choose companies that send us the products (and an invoice) and then we send them their money. This way, the only thing we need to be concerned with is broken/missing items and getting them replaced.

Hello, my PTA was also robbed by IPI. We had total sales of over $12,000 and they cashed a check for $6,047 on 11/1/05 and never sent our items. These are pre-k thru 2nd graders ages 4-8 who now cannot have their normal PTA events as planned. This includes field trips, socials, valentine's day dance, spring carnival etc...Justin DiNorscia is the lowest of the low. How do you steal from 4 year olds??? I don't get it! I hope the NYS Attorney General and the Delaware State Police are able to get us the justice our kids deserve!
