Here is an update as of Thursday, Feb. 16. Detective Wiable is still knee deep in the investigation and she is carefully examining all the financial records she has obtained from the organizations that have been affected, as well as, the financial records from IPI Fundraising, both the business accounts and Justin DiNorscia's personal accounts.
At this point DiNorscia knows he is being investigated but has not been in contact with the Delaware State Police or has not been contacted by them either. The plan is for Detective Wiable to finish her investigation of the financial records and then make contact with him.

Please if you are the PTA/PTO representative or the representative from another organization, inform your parents that they should contact you with questions concerning IPI Fundraising and to not call Detective Wiable directly. She has been receiveing numerous calls from parents, which 1)takes away from the time that she needs to put into this investigation and 2) she will not release information to them, only to her contact person for your organization.

Thanks for your help !!! Everyone hang in there, he will get what he deserves!!!

Our organization was also involved in the fraud committed by IPI Fundraising. If you have not done so please contact. . .Detective Pauline Wiable with the Delaware State Police 302-834-2630 Ext. 320, she is in charge of the criminal case against IPI Fundraising and its owner Justin DiNorscia and needs vital information from all organization that were involved!!
I am not waiting however and have filed a lawsuit against IPI and its owner.

to shoemom....the IPI that went out of business was located in Newark, Delaware. It was owned and run by a man named Justin DiNorscia. I think the one you found must just have the misfortune of having the same name or be a smaller branch of the one in Delaware. We used them for our fall 2005 fundraiser and they DID NOT ask us for any money up front. In fact, we had 30 days to pay but if we paid within 3 business days of receiving the bill we would get to take an extra 1% off our bill (which we did). I just feel so bad for people who were taken advantage of by Justin. He is a VERY smooth talker and never indicated to us that his company was in a dire financial situation, although according to the news articles I have read, he knew over the summer about the problems.
