The cards are good for one year unlimited use. The discount ranges from 4-8 cents off per gallon. They will find a reputable company near your school and negotiate a contract with them. You buy the cards at $5 and sell them for $10. I think the minimum is 500 cards, but there is a plan where you can return the leftovers.
