I, too, have spent $6,000 to buy script. They had my bank account number and took extra $6,000 from my bank on itself, so that's $12,000 total. I have only recieved $4,000 amount worth of script. They ate the rest of $8,000. The only way you can get through them is if you pressed "order" button on the phone, THEN someone will answer the phone. This company cheats and takes other people's money.
DO NOT EVEN JOIN!!! IT IS A FRAUD, YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN!!! they are using the website to take away other people's money.
We have been taken as well, fro more than I have seen reported on this site. I urge all of you to report them to the Better Business Bureau of San Joaquin, then call the DAs office in Fresno, then call your lawyer. They have not taken our calls in 2 weeks. Voice mails go unanswered. Threats fall on deaf ears. It's a shame to do this to schools and non-profits. It's all we can do to keep our books in the black, but to get robbed like this is so unfair. Good luck to all who are owed money.
I TOO HAVE BEEN HAD BY SCRIPT ADVANTAGE. WE ORDERED BACK IN AUGUST AND THEN AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A FEW ITEMS. WE CANCELLED HOME DEPOT AND THEY SAID OUR CREDIT WILL GO IN OUR ACCOUNT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY...WE ARE STILL WAITING. IT'S BEEN A LEAST A MONTH.

Have you tried to contact the Attorney General in that state? It should be illegal to keep that amount of money with out producing the goods. I would right a letter to the Attorney General and cc Script Advantage.
How many others out there are having as much trouble with Scrip Advantage as I am? I have had over $12,000. of scrip on back order through them since July. I tried to cancel my orders and they said that the money would be back into my account within 5-7 business days and that was in August!! It is now November! I need some feedback. I just heard that the Diocese in both S.F. and L.A. are telling there churches NOT to order anymore and to pull from the program! Are they going out of business? Customer Service does not know. They have no answers for me.
