Scrip Advantage currently plans to make its Chapter 11 filing in early January 2006. As soon as it has completed that filing, it will be providing further details by subsequent press release

does anyone know the link to the claim form you can send to the bankruptcy court for this ScripAdvantage nightmare? I have 3 families from my daughter's soccer team out about $1,000 from our "fundraiser" with this company. Any info on recovering money would be great!

I have the form to file a claim in bankruptcy court(given in a previous post), but it does not have an address. Does anyone have this address? I cannot show up at the court because I'm on the east coast.
After three weeks, I realized I was not going to get my $2000 order from SA. I immediately found Great Lakes and set up with them so I could fill the orders I had and hopefully not trash the whole Christmas season. Essentially, our scrip fund is out the money not any parents. Doing this saved our program for the holidays and increased our profits.
