You'd think they'd jump at a chance to prosecute someone who violated the public trust in such a shocking manner.

I find it pretty odd myself.

Local DA wants Feds to prosecute, but they're just sitting on their hands.

Maybe we should start an email campaign to Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein.

It seems they are very careful to hide his name on the Perkwerks website. It is pretty amazing that they were brash enough to send you an email asking for your business.

I just received an e-mail from Raelynn Prandini at Perkwerks. That name is very familiar because she formerly worked for ScripAdvantage. I did a google on" Coyle and Perkwerks" and found that there is a This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.! Bob Coyle! One of the Coyle brothers who stole millions of dollars from ScripAdvantage clients, including $3,000 from my school? I shouldn't be surprised. From what I've read, the Coyles have done this several times in the past - go bankrupt and then reorganize under a new company, never paying back what they "stole" from the previous customers.

My advice is to STAY AWAY from this company. Does anyone have any update on the legal status of Scrip Advantage. I know the DA was looking into filing fraud charges, but I haven't received any information from the DA's office.

Our school just started a Cookie Lee scrip fundraiser. The moms have all been great supporters! If we keep this up we should make over $15,000 for the school year! They give us 40&#37; of the profit and did a huge kick off show which got everyone excited plus the gave us 100% of the profit that night!

I am once again looking at our claim of $4,995.50 against Scrip Adv. This is the most current information we have. As of 1/30/07 the company, Scrip Adv. is not in bankrupcy. However, John and Lisa Coyle, owners of SA, are in the middle of a personal bankrupcy. Our PTA is on the list as a"potential creditor" so we are still getting legal mail from this. We won a small claims judgement again Scrip Adv. last May.
I feel so frustrated for all the PTA's that lost money to this corrupt and immoral company. they hide behind the complexity of the legal system and know that the possiblity of PTA's to unite against them is virtually impossible as we are scattered accross the country, and we are volunteers that are often holding posts in the orgainzation for 2 years or less. I think it explains why they have been able to reorganize them 3 times successfully and continue to steal from us. The current president currently listed with the secretary of state's office is MS.
