We do absolutely no fundraisers...that's part of our appeal...that we sell nothing...
So far we're experiencing increases every year, and we're bringing in so much money we don't need additional fundraisers. Being in Michigan, if times get any tougher, that may not sustain itself...we may, at some point, have to re-work our philosophy...but for now, it's working!
Candles seem to be very big in our area. My daughter's grade school sold candles last October, and the PTO made over $15,000 in 10 days with brochure sales. It was a pretty quick sort and pickup day, too. And the candles are reasonable, $12.50 each. The company gives back 50%, I think. I think they also do internet direct ship now. They have a website if anyone wants to check it out. www.bbcandle.com
But I LOVE the idea of the Booster Club membership. Very neat.
Boosterprz - do you still do smaller fundraisers that may bring in a little money like spirit shirts.
I love this idea, but we would still want to sell spirit shirts - maybe we sell them at cost. And we would still want to have our Harvest Fest. But not as a fundraiser. How do you work all that out?

is the website. I found another company like that... www.square1art.com
It's the same idea but there are more items. I don't know the pricing on that one yet. Good luck.
FYI we do a jog a thon every year for the last five years this is my first time on the board and I am the Fundraiser Director. I never would have dreamed the return on it but it is our highest raising event! We put between $100-$200 for water and "prizes", etc.. and last year we brought in $10,000!!!
