Yearbook Alive
is a great option when it comes to digital yearbooks. I know that some people will always want a physical book that they can keep on a shelf somewhere, but the costs are becoming crazy. I've heard of some schools printing a smaller yearbook and then adding a digital yearbook as a way to save money.
Anyone know of any other good digital yearbook software?
LOL, I just noticed I started this thread 2 years ago!
Our yearbook is now produced exclusively on a CD. It is created by our Art teacher and a member of Administration and sells for only $3 to make it affordable for our Title One parents. It's a lot of work but it beats spending a lot to produce something no one can afford and having to store leftover books that we didn't sell.
Elementary schols year books are a great idea but the cost can be expensive over the years . Our school is looking into a program with the FBI and they help with the year books . You may want to look in to I couldnt get any info on their wes sight you may need to call your local office . Hope this helps
There's been a rumble in our elementary school for a few years now questioning why an elementary school offers a formal yearbook at all. It seems most parents understand the idea of buying one as a remembrance of their child's last year of elementary school, but are annoyed at feeling pressured to buy one yearly for their K-4th grader. It's quite a PR problem.
