Our elementary has gone to cookie dough as it's main sales fundraiser in the fall. Actually, I think this year that there were other items in the catalog as well. But the cookie dough seems to be a pretty popular item and something people will actually use.
As a buyer, one of my favorites is the Entertainment Passbooks, which groups in our area sell for $20 or $25. It's something easy for me to justify as a purchase as I easily recoup my cost, plus I support the group selling. I've never been on the sales side of that one, but I think others here can tell you about it.
Hi,
Our school has only 480 students. Each year we do a calendar raffle. Usually we hold it for the monmth of May because it is a long month. This year however we are doing it for the month of march. We solicite donations from local businesses and put one donation in each day and we choose a prize winner for each day. This year we are doing an entire raffle with restaurants as most people loved that the most. Our donations had ranged from 25-50 dollars. We sell the calendars for the entire month before February in our case and charge 10.00 for the calendar. It is all profit seeing you got donations for the gifts.Last year we made about 2000.00.The bigger the donations the more you could charge for the calendar. It's easy and not alot of work. Good Luck!
I would just love to find 2 fundraiser for our school so we would not have to be selling something all the time. Can anyone give me any help on finding something that is a good seller. We are only about a school size of 425.
Thanks
