The Rock the Voice (Not Rock the Vote) or something similar,its a bunch of musicians that do grants for music projects.
Fender does music, but only certian areas.
YOuthLearn.org or Grants.gov might help. I just took al that grant info off and transfered to a school computer.

Check to see if there are any fine arts or music organizations in your community or nearby area. We have a fine arts society in our community that gives scholarships, grants and donations to programs that help kids experience or get involved in the arts.
