Have you tried www.cafepress.com? You'd have to upload your graphic but it's not hard and there isn't a minimum order.

If you are only doing a few you might want to consider embroidery. The shirts would cost separate from the embroidery so you would buy them and then have someone put the logo of what you want on them. That is what we do with the executive board shirts...a denim shirt with pawprints and then the logo underneath. They cost about 20 bucks by the time we're done...

I have tried everything. The iron ons are yucky and don't last. Wash right out!
There are local screen printers in every area. Mine actually ships out real cheap.
It is called Elmwood Sports in RI 401-781-9113
They have a grat catalog and give great discounts.
I get t-shirts screen printed with whatever I want on them with Logo for under 4.00 and sell them for 10.00. Hats too!

Hey Love2Teach -
Does the iron on hold up well in the wash?

If you cut the teeshirt transfer as close to the edge as possible, it doesn't look (as) cheesy.

My students did this and were very proud of them. For fashion-fussy eighth graders, that is quite an endorsement.

Contact First Image Printing - a small mom/pop shop in Michigan. I've used them for lots of things from Special Olympics, family reunion as well as our PTO. I've found them extremely great to work with as well as half the price of our local printers.

Talk to Vicki and tell her Michael Bielski sent you. She's a really nice lady and will work with you on what you need.
