I'll forward a copy of our donation letter to you asap. A couple of ideas....we always run our letters on executive bond with the school letterhead. The secretary gives us one sheet and we go to the copy center. Also we hand sign every letter. This makes a huge difference we have discovered. It is so much more personal. The paper makes it stand out from your typical donation letter.
We use ivory or buff. These are little things, but really help!
