I'd tend to think of it as resources, collateral materials, perhaps a PTO Portfolio. Then again - if you simply refer to it as something like "PTO Sample Forms and Documents", that's not terribly creative, but people will probably understand the meaning at first glance.
If it's a mechanism for users to share their materials, it will need to be really clear these are shared real-world samples - not things that have been professionally developed and vetted, like your published guides.
Figured I'd throw this out there. This is for an upcoming new tool that is going to be very cool.
So.... you know all those requests on the message boards for "email me this doc" or "please email me that doc"???? Sometimes it's a word doc. Sometimes it's a powerpoint or piece of clipart or an excel file.......
What would you call those things?
Documents? Tools? Resources? Docs?
Hoping to come up with something that is both explanatory and catchy/quick. Easy, eh?
