I need to know if you are going to have a conference in Vegas as soon as possible. We will be doing our budget next month and I need to know if I need to include a "Gambling Expenses" line item.

Or, for you optimists out there, a "Gambling Fundraiser" line item.

Backhoed, love the cruise idea. If it's a one day event, maybe the spirit of NJ or spirit of NY. Both ships are nice and they do the same cruise around the Hudson River.
