Don't mind the post at all, Deanne, but I suspect you won't get too much response to it. We have tons of traffic on the site and this forum, but it's from all over the country. Very tricky to get feedback as geographically targeted as you're looking for.
Love the idea, though. I hope you'll reach out to other local groups by phone or mail, too.
I am a PTO board member from Cashmere, WA. A few PTO/PTA board members from this area have decided to form a North Central Washington Parent-Teacher group. We found ourselves bouncing ideas off of each other and thought "let's form a group to do this a couple times of year".
If you are located in the North Central Washington area (Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth etc. ) please contact me for information on the location and time of our first meeting.
