Also an idea for ya, we did this for my daughters teacher. I bought some fleece for a scarf, & buttons & flet to coordinate. I randomly sewed the buttons on the fleece (after I cut it for a scarf) and then had each child in the class trace their hand print for me & I cut the hand print out of the flet. I then cut a small slit in the flet so that the hand print would slip over the button. I also put each childs name on the hand w/ fabric marker. The hand prints can be removed for washing. The teacher loved this gift & wore her scarf at those cold recess duties. Thanks for the list.
